The Experts

ERIK BAKICH
Head Coach, Clemson
“We are entering a recruiting pandemic for high school age recruits due to the new rosters rules and transfer portal.”

TRACY SMITH
Head Coach, Michigan
“I see parents sometimes chasing unrealistic dreams. I want to pass on all this knowledge and expertise in the industry and provide families and kids with true direction.”

MIKE EARLEY
Head Coach, Texas A&M
“Everyone wants to be seen, and what can be seen is data. It’s hard to get in front of coaches of all these programs at once, so using data helps college coaches. As long as it’s reliable.”

Kevin O’Sullivan
Head Coach, Florida
“The idea is to give all baseball players out there trying to get a coach’s attention a real validated, fact-based assessment of their strengths their weaknesses, what they can work on, and where they are headed.”
